Our 8 inch cheesecakes weigh approximately three pounds and serve 12 to 14.

Our 4 inch cheesecakes weigh over one half pound and are good as an individual cake, to share with someone else, or to slice, match with other cheesecakes and put together a mini cheesecake sample plate.
